FLOATING HOSE

Application:

Floating hose is the key equipment of long distance transportation system on FPSO, used to transport crude oil and oil products; it is an indispensable and significant outfit for the production management of EPSO.

1. Inner liner is made of synthetic rubber as the inner wall of fluid to prevent fluid overflowing.

2. The reinforcement layer is made of nylon cord, polyester cord, and steel wire cord, etc., used to improve the tensile strength of the hose.

3. The reinforcement layer twined with steel wire is made of high strength carbon steel wire, whcih is used to improve the integrith of the hose and ensure its negative-pressure resistant performance.

4. The floating layer is made of foaming material with micropores, which is flexible but not fractured without water absorption, to ensure the buoyancy property of the hose.

5. The external alyer is made of synthetic rubber or polyurethane material with aging prevent the hose from being damaged.
